These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by

Opulent Marketing (“Opulent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.



1. Services Provided


Opulent offers digital marketing services including, but not limited to, Facebook and Google advertising management, website design and development, and related consultancy services tailored primarily for roofing contractors and associated trades.



2. Client Responsibilities


You agree to:


  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for the delivery of services.

  • Respond promptly to requests for approvals or feedback.

  • Comply with any applicable laws and regulations in relation to your business and marketing.

  • Ensure that you have the rights or permissions for any content you provide for use in marketing campaigns.



3. Payment Terms


  • Fees for services will be outlined in individual proposals or agreements.

  • Payments are due as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.

  • Opulent reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.



4. Term and Termination


  • The initial term of service will be specified in your agreement.

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to any minimum term or cancellation fees specified.

  • Upon termination, you agree to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.



5. Intellectual Property


  • Opulent retains ownership of all intellectual property created before and during the engagement, including marketing materials, designs, and proprietary tools.

  • Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables as agreed.



6. Confidentiality


Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information obtained during the course of the engagement and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.



7. Limitation of Liability


  • Opulent will exercise reasonable skill and care in delivering services.

  • We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes, including lead volumes or revenue increases.

  • Opulent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.



8. Indemnification


You agree to indemnify and hold Opulent harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the services, breach of these Terms, or violation of laws.



9. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Victoria.



10. Changes to Terms


Opulent may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with an effective date. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
